Dietrich von Seggern becomes Managing Director at callas software
Berlin. callas software GmbH is expanding its board of directors by adding 54-year-old Dietrich von Seggern to its membership.
Von Seggern, a qualified engineer, has worked at the Berlin-based software developer since 2002 – initially as the company’s head of product management for five years, then as its business development manager. As the Managing Director, he will now take responsibility for product management, marketing, partner management and sales. In doing so, von Seggern is assuming duties previously assigned to Olaf Drümmer, who will remain director of callas software focussing on strategic tasks in future. Ulrich Fortscher will also remain on the board of directors, leading the company’s development team.
“I am of course very pleased that the shareholders have placed their trust in me”, said Dietrich von Seggern. “My goal as the Managing Director is to continue to build upon the leading position that callas software’s PDF technology holds in the areas of automatic quality control, print output optimization, and archiving.”
