Christine Wetzl Named New Head of Sales of Across Systems
Karlsbad. On July 1, 2019, Christine Wetzl was appointed Head of Sales of Across Systems GmbH. Henceforth, she will focus on the new customer business with the Across Language Server in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Following her studies of the German language and literature and political science, Christine Wetzl embarked on her career in the translation industry. Among other things, she has served as Translation Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With almost 20 years of experience in the sale of translation services and translation management systems, she is familiar with the challenges that international enterprises are faced with in the field of translation. Most recently, Christine Wetzl was responsible for the existing customer portfolio and new customers as Vice President Automotive, Travel, Retail, and Consumer at SDL.
At Across Systems, she wants to concentrate especially on the new customer business. "I'm looking forward to focusing on the core of the European exports: the medium-sized enterprises in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland", says Christine Wetzl. "The Across Language Server—a great German product for the design of secure and efficient translation processes—is just the right tool on this path.
